About the Author
Walter Harris has been in the service industry for over 20 years (yikes!) and has always taken pride in providing the best in service by simply being himself. Bringing his personality into everything that he does while providing the guests with exceptional service. Walter learned at a young age that the service industry (what he calls GUEST RELATIONS) has never really been about the person providing the service, but more so about the guests and their overall experience and interaction with the service provider and establishment as a whole.
Walter has worked his way up the latter from bussing tables at a local diner, to working in chain restaurants, to landing the job of a lifetime at barely 21 years old as a general manager of an extremely popularly known restaurant, and finally taking the leap to open his own chain of restaurants.
He's also, overall, a pretty good guy! Although we may be a bit biasd over here...
